We would discuss your requirements with you establishing a detailed brief. We would then closely monitor the market and actively seek new investments that would meet your criteria.

For disposals we would provide a sales and marketing report setting out our recommendations. On both acquisitions and disposals we would work closely with you to complete an appropriate transaction.
